Privacy Policy

Last updated: 3 October 2026

1. Introduction

JAYLOW TRADES ("we", "us", "our"), founded by Henry Njenga Mbugua, respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the personal information you share with us. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that information when you use our website and services.

2. Information We Collect

We collect only the information needed to provide our mentorship and educational services:

  • Contact details you provide — such as your name, phone number, email address, and WhatsApp number when you contact us, enroll, or subscribe.
  • Payment confirmation details — such as your M-Pesa confirmation code or crypto (USDT TRON) transaction reference, and the amount paid, which you share with us to confirm enrollment. We do not collect or store your M-Pesa PIN, crypto wallet private keys, or bank login details.
  • Communications — messages you send us via WhatsApp, email, or our contact form.
  • Usage information — basic, non-identifying technical data (such as your browser type or pages visited) that may be collected automatically if analytics tools are used.

3. How We Use Your Information

  • To confirm payments and give you access to the mentorship program you enrolled in.
  • To communicate with you, answer your questions, and provide support.
  • To send you market insights, mentorship updates, or newsletters you have subscribed to.
  • To improve our content, services, and website.
  • To comply with any legal obligations.

4. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. We may share limited information only in these situations:

  • With trusted service providers (for example, messaging, email, or hosting platforms) strictly to operate our services.
  • When required by law, regulation, or a valid legal request.
  • To protect our rights, safety, or property, or that of our community.

5. Payments & Third Parties

Payments are made through M-Pesa (Safaricom), or via cryptocurrency (USDT on the TRON / TRC20 network), each of which processes transactions under its own policies. If you open a trading account through a broker we link to (for example, JustMarkets, Exness and FXPesa), that broker collects and handles your data under its own privacy policy. We encourage you to review their policies.

6. Data Retention

We keep your personal information only for as long as necessary to provide our services, maintain our community, meet legal requirements, or resolve disputes. You may ask us to delete your information at any time (see Section 8).

7. Data Security

We take reasonable steps to protect your information from unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You share information with us at your own risk.

8. Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Access the personal information we hold about you.
  • Ask us to correct or update inaccurate information.
  • Ask us to delete your information where we are not required to keep it.
  • Unsubscribe from our newsletters at any time by telling us via WhatsApp or email.

To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details below.

9. Children's Privacy

Our services are intended for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us information, please contact us and we will delete it.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes take effect once posted on this page, with an updated "Last updated" date. Please review it periodically.
