4. Eligibility

5. Enrollment & Payments
- Mentorship fees are payable via M-Pesa (Send Money) to the number displayed on our website, or via cryptocurrency (USDT on the TRON / TRC20 network) to the wallet address displayed on our website, or other methods we may provide.
- Current programs include Beginner Mentorship ($200) and Advanced Mentorship ($150). Prices may change at any time.
- Access to a program is granted only after we confirm receipt of your payment, typically following confirmation via WhatsApp.
- You are responsible for sending the correct amount and keeping your M-Pesa confirmation code or crypto transaction reference. For crypto payments, you must send USDT using the TRON (TRC20) network only — funds sent on any other network may be lost.
6. Refund Policy
Because our Services provide immediate access to digital educational content and personalized mentorship, fees are generally non-refundable once a program has started or materials have been delivered. If you believe there has been a billing error, contact us within 7 days via WhatsApp or email and we will review your case in good faith.
7. Intellectual Property
All course materials, videos, strategies, analysis, graphics, logos, and content are the property of JAYLOW TRADES and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, record, resell, redistribute, or share our materials with any third party without our written permission. Access is granted to you personally and is non-transferable.
8. Community Conduct
Members of our community (including Telegram, WhatsApp, and other groups) agree to behave respectfully. We may remove or suspend any member who shares our paid content without permission, harasses others, spams, promotes other services without consent, or otherwise disrupts the community.
9. Third-Party Links & Brokers
Our website may contain links to third-party brokers or services (for example, JustMarkets, Exness and FXPesa). We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third party. Opening an account with a broker is at your own discretion and subject to that broker's own terms.
